Terms of use
Effective August 14, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Famplified LLC for use of RingMyHuman.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your connections, and promptly revoking credentials that may be compromised.
Permitted use
You may use RingMyHuman to let authorized software agents request human guidance. You must comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, probe another user's resources, send unlawful or deceptive calls, or use the service to facilitate harmful or irreversible activity without appropriate authorization.
Telephone consent
You represent that you are authorized to provide each telephone number and to request calls to it. You are responsible for notices and consents required for automated calls, recording, transcription, or sensitive content. Carrier charges may apply. Emergency calling is not supported.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Famplified LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and create structured outputs from that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content.
Service changes and availability
The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Preview features may be incomplete. Telephone delivery, third-party providers, networks, and autonomous agents can fail or behave unexpectedly. Do not rely on RingMyHuman for emergencies, life-safety decisions, or as the sole control for high-risk actions.
Intellectual property
RingMyHuman software, branding, and service materials are owned by Famplified LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINGMYHUMAN IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. FAMPLIFIED LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT CALLS OR AGENT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMPLIFIED LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. FAMPLIFIED LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Famplified LLC from third-party claims arising from your content, your configured calls, your agents, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
General
These terms, the Privacy Notice, and referenced policies form the agreement for the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. You may not assign the agreement without consent; Famplified LLC may assign it in connection with a reorganization or business transfer. Before filing a dispute, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Applicable law governs without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
