Privacy notice
Effective August 14, 2026. This notice explains how Famplified LLC handles information when operating RingMyHuman.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information required to run the service, and limited technical data needed for security and reliability.
- Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and verified telephone number.
- Agent connection information, including connection metadata and hashed or revocable credential records.
- Human-help content, such as task summaries, questions, alternatives, instructions, call status, and structured decisions.
- Call artifacts, such as transcripts or recordings, only when those features are enabled and any required notice or consent has been obtained.
- Technical and security information, such as timestamps, request identifiers, delivery history, device or browser details, and redacted operational logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure RingMyHuman, authenticate accounts, place requested calls, return decisions, deliver optional callbacks, support users, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to infrastructure, authentication, telecommunications, call-processing, monitoring, and support providers acting for us; to a callback endpoint you configure; when required by law; to protect users or the service; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Human-help content is sent to call providers only as needed to perform a requested call.
Retention
We retain information for the time needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit history, resolve disputes, and comply with law. The initial infrastructure applies a 90-day default lifecycle to call-artifact objects. Request metadata and audit records may remain longer until the applicable account, retention, or deletion process removes them. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before deletion.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures. You may also revoke MCP credentials and disable optional callbacks. To submit a privacy request, email us from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity and retain information where an exception applies.
- Privacy contact: info@email.famplified.com
- You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision and stating that you are requesting an appeal.
- You may lodge a complaint with the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Telephone and recording privacy
Laws governing automated calls, recording, and transcription vary by location. Account owners must provide accurate telephone information and obtain any notice or consent required for configured calls or recordings. Do not use RingMyHuman to call a person without appropriate authorization.
Children
RingMyHuman is a business and developer service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or account notice when available.
